Education

He was born on March 27, 1965 in Rize . He went to ''Ortapazar'' primary school from 1970 to 1975. Then, He finished secondary school in 1978 and ''Rize Indrustrial techinical'' high school at my graduation. He started my university education at ''Mechanical engineering department of Karadeniz Technical University'' in the date of November, 1982. He graduated from this department as a ''Mechanical Engineer'' in june ,1986.

Then he had to English Prep. course (intermediate) in the same university between the dates of november, 1986 and march 1987. Henceforward, he studied for my master degree in the ''Thermodynamic and Heat'' department of mechanical engineering at the same university until February 1989. During the master (M.Sc.) education.

Work Experience

He worked as a ''Research Assistant'' at Mechanical Engineering Department between the dates of November 1987 and December 1988. My master thesis was about ''The Design of Hazelnut Drier Using Flat Plate Air Solar Collector For East Black Sea Region ''. I finished of my master education in February, 1989."

Moreover, He worked as a Mechanical Engineer at ''Turkish state Tea Board (ÇAYKUR)'' from December 1988 to October 1989.Later,He started my military service at Balıkesir in December, 1989 as a reserve officer. Meanwhile, He went to course of IBM that name was '' AS/400 Cobol Programing (EIP-2 Weeks) ''After that, He continued of my military service as a ''Programme Reserve Conscript Officer '' at the computer center of Logistic Command of Gendarme."

He Worked on preparing programs about ''Stock Control and Material Management '' by using Cobol/4 00 & SQL/400 Languages and also CL (Control Languages) in the system of IBM AS/400 which has OS/400 operating system (and also He worked PC computers). He completed my military service in march, 1991."

He have been working at the Turkish State Tea Board since April, 1991.

He worked as an Engineer, Deputy Branch Manager, and Material Planning Branch Manager in the General Directorate of Tea Enterprises, respectively.He worked as Assistant Manager in Çaykur Anatamir Factory Directorate since January 2004 and as Factory Manager since 28 February 2014.As of 28 August 2015, he was appointed as the Head of the Operation and Production Department of the General Directorate of Tea Enterprises and he still continues this duty.During his duty, automation, packaging machine purchase, Black and Green Tea production and various inspections on Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Netherlands, America, Italy, Moldovia (Gagauzya), India, Spain and Pakistan, research on packaging-palletizing-stretch, Seminar, fair and participated in symposiums. He is very experienced in web page design.He is experienced in computer programming languages such as Cobol, Fortran, Basic etc., Windows, Dos Operating systems, many package programs used in computers, PHP, CGI, HTML and Web site preparation.

Languages : English (intermediate)

 In addition, I am good in programing languages which are; Cobol, FORTRAN 77, GW BASIC (MS BASIC, QUICK BASIC etc.). "
